Because our products are shipped straight from the warehosue. returns for problem sizes and such are subject to a 25% restocking fee. And at no time do we cover shipping fees nor do we pay for Return shipping
All return must be shipped back to thw warehouse and a email sent to [email protected] explaining the reson of returning the item all returns must be authorized to recieve a full refund, customers that have used their credit cards or paypal will recieve a credit back into their accounts

Lay Aways: Tinikas offer a lay away program on all of our products all we need is half of the payment down for your order and then pay what you can upto 2 months once your payment purchase is complete we will then send you an invoice for shipping and then your order will be on it's way to you
Gift Finding Services: are you looking for that special gift and we don't have what you are looking for well tinikas offers a gift finding service we charge $2 for every gift search we do. If we can not find that gift you are looking for we simply do not charge you. We will email you 3 choices for the gift you are looking for including an invoice for service.
